This part of the questionnaire aims at analyzing in concrete terms the projects conducted by the municipality, in order to bring out the key factors for success, the triggering factors and the impediments to the mobilization of local resources.  

To this end, we will look at: 

  • 3 significant projects completed by the municipality (cf questionnaire 3.1)
  • 3 projects still awaiting for funding (cf questionnaire 3.2)

The decision-making processes for each project will be analyzed, from the diagnosis of the needs to the use, effective or potential, of specific financial instruments to successfully conduct these projects.
